A short walkthrough of how the mentorship works and who it's built for.

Visual brands are not problem-solving products. Stop trying to scale them like one.

Before you apply, I want you to know exactly why this exists.

I hear this constantly from visual brand founders. They've been in ecom a while, made some sales and got their store working. They've already been through a mentorship, or a community.

And almost every one of them tells me the same thing: they're running a visual brand, sitting inside a mentorship that focuses on problem-solving products and never once mentions the words "jewellery", "beauty", "home decor" or "fashion". It's all funnels, hooks, and scaling frameworks built for a completely different kind of product.

Most founders in this position don't even realise there's an alternative. They just assume that's what ecom mentorship is — generic.

Think about it… Why would the same playbook for supplements also work for a visual brand?

It doesn't.

Which is why we built this: a mentorship where every decision is made by someone who has actually built, scaled and exited a visual brand themselves.

Problem-solving product

"I have a headache this pill fixes it buy."

Visual brand

"I love how this looks I want to be the person who wears this buy."

The second one requires a completely different operating system.

Problem-solving products sell through logic — identify problem, provide solution, drive purchase. Visual brands sell through desire — create feeling, build identity, drive purchase.

The Visual Brand Playbook: five ceilings that generic ecom advice will never help you break.

If there's one thing 9 years in ecom has taught me, it's this: visual brands are a completely different game and almost no one is actually speaking about this.

A visual brand doesn't logically solve a problem like health, supplements, and tech.

You can't just advertorial your way from: introduce a problem → show the fix → close the sale.

Instead, visual brands all have one thing in common: brand perception, storytelling and feeling does the selling a pain point would normally do. People buy because they align with your brand, the aesthetics, the message behind it and others who use your products.

Once I actually understood this, five things stopped being random and started making sense:

  1. The brand carries the sale

Nobody buys SKIMS because the fabric beats Spanx. They buy it because they want to look like Kim K. In a visual brand you aren't selling fabric specs — you're selling identity. If your AOV is low, it's usually a brand perception gap, not a pricing problem.

  2. Creative systems, not just volume

You don't need ‘more ads’ — you need a system that humanises the brand. Founder-led creative and custom sets are the only way to build a moat that isn't easily copied.

  3. Desire over discounts

50% off tells the customer the brand was never worth full price to begin with. We focus on Offer Architecture — bundles and drops that add margin without cheapening the brand.

  4. Everything has to feel like the same brand

Every photoshoot background, ad, UGC creator, model or whatever it is has to represent and align aesthetically with the brand. Congruency is key.

  5. Desire beats logic

A logic-brand sells with a comparison, reviews, why us over them and competes on price. My best-performing hook isn't an argument at all. "Our best-selling cap just came back in stock."

I never learned any of this from a playbook built for a problem-solving product. It's not that the advice out there is bad, it's just aimed at a completely different kind of brand.

How it actually works, week by week.

We give you a mentor who has built a 7–8 figure visual brand and puts their eyes on your business every single week. This is exactly how we 4x'd a brand's revenue in 60 days without sacrificing margin:

  1. The Deep Teardown

A one-on-one strategy call, up to 2 hours. We don't start with a generic playbook — we start with your data. Your mentor spends up to two hours under the hood of your ad account, creatives, finance and product architecture to diagnose the exact constraint capping your scale. We find the $20k/mo email hole, the creative system with a low win rate, or the incongruent brand strategy quietly harming everything at once.

  2. Your Roadmap — the order of operations

Within days of the teardown, you get a 6-month roadmap specific to your brand. Exactly what to fix first, what to leave alone, and — most importantly — what not to spend money on yet. It's broken down monthly → weekly → tasks, and your mentor updates it as the business changes. The goal is to add margin before adding spend, so when we scale, the profit stays in your pocket.

  3. Proactive Weekly Auditing

Your mentor is in your ad account and on your site every week. We don't wait for you to raise a question — we proactively audit your performance, catch leaks you'd have missed, and make the calls on your brand the way we'd make them on our own. You get the exact decision, the execution plan, and the reasoning behind it, so you're constantly building your own capability.

  4. The Dynamic Scaling Loop

Your brand changes as it scales, and your roadmap moves with it. As we clear one bottleneck, we immediately solve the next — whether that's a high-level move like restructuring your team and hiring, or analysing creative data to find your next winner. Every week your mentor meets you where you are with a fresh diagnostic, so your growth is systematic, repeatable and durable.

Your mentor — and everything they use to get you there.

  • A business you could exit or sell one day

All we ask is a live store, real customers and the willingness to do the work.
